I spent years inside the automotive industry selling cars, managing finance, watching culture determine outcomes long before the numbers reflected it. That experience became the foundation of doctoral research and five published books on leadership, performance, and organizational culture. Project AutoRev360 exists for the high achiever who is producing but knows something is missing in the culture around them and in the development beneath them.
